The Poweredge R715 is a 2U AMD Based Dell Server. Refurbished
Poweredge R715 servers are highly scalable and offer amazing performance
for a fraction of the price of new servers. This is an ideal solution for
customers that require large amounts of memory and heavy cpu usage.
R715 servers was designed for many solutions such as virtualiztion, database
computing, and other high end business applications.
Poweredge R715 servers support up to 2 x AMD 6100, 6200, and 6300 Series CPU's
and up to 512MB DDR3 ECC Registered 1600Mhz Memory. They also support
up to 6 x SAS/SATA/SSD 2.5" Hard Drives and an optional Dual SD-Reader. R715
servers include integrated Drac 6 Express and support an optional Drac 6 Enterprise
card for remote access. It also has an integrated lifecycle controller that will help
you load your operating system and run diagnostics when needed. This preconfigured
R715 is a great entry level virtualization server.
