Got What I Needed
I ordered a board from competitor for $39.95 + Shipping. The board was defective =( I then ordered a board from serverworlds. After spending 45 minutes replacing the board I was up and running. (I did have to change some of the settings in the bios) Needless to say it was worth the extra $35 to get a working product.
