I purchased an H800 Controller with PN 71N7N to install in to my Poweredge R720 Server. When I run diagnostics
through the lifecycle controller it errors out telling me that the battery is low. The battery is brand new and works perfectly
in my older R710 Servers. What's the deal?
You need pn 87V49 to get the error to go away.
