Excellent service
The assembly was shipping quickly and packaging was exceptional, much better than the typical industry standard. Assembly was perfectly clean, like new. Installed it and noticed one fan wasn't turning. Fan turned out to be very stiff. I had another fan on hand, popped it in, reinstalled the assembly and all is good. No big deal, it happens. Emailed ServerWorlds of the issue primarily so they could check the other assemblies on the shelf. They got back to me very quickly with an apology and an offer to replace the fan. I would not hesitate to deal with ServerWorlds again, very good outfit to work with!
