It is what it says
Replacement motherboard for Dell Precision Workstation 620 systems. The size and shape seems very custom, as does the power connector (the power supply seems to respect a standard called 1U, but I'm not entirely sure of that) so this board might never be usable in other casings or with other power supplies. Oh, and the memory modules sit on two obviously custom risers, perpendicular to the motherboard. Even if you procured them, you'd have to secure them in place. I heard the board uses solid-state capacitors (I wouldn't know if that's true or not) and that those are virtually impossible to replace without professional equipment. All I know is I had to buy a replacement board because the original one would barely even start and then it would report all sorts of errors during POST and then the operating system would crash frequently, if I even got it to load in the first place.
