The first step that we take when we receive any sort of hardware that needs to be refurbished is accessing any damages. In short, we closely inspect the hardware inside and out and from every angle. We check for damages to the body or casing, ports, drives, and more. We’ll also plug it in, if applicable, to see if it powers on as it should.
